Hola saludos de un nuevo forero. Andaba por la red buscando informacion sobre mi apellido y tope con vosotros. espero poder encontrar algo de luz sobre el. Mi madre era Asturiana y de hay me viene el apellido. Yo vivo en Valladolid y empiezo mi investigacion. Asi que agradeceria cualquier ayuda. Saludos a todos y lo siento pero el ingles no se me da muy bien.

Hello everyone from a new forum member. I was looking for information on my family name and I came across your website , I hope you can help. My mother was asturian and that I got Orviz family name from her. I live in valladolid. Anything you can help with would be helpful.

eres bienvenido , estas en tu casa. Yo la verdad no te puedo ayudar no soy experto en genealogia. Te puedo decir que tenia una profesora en la escuela ( cuando vivia en gijon) que se apellidaba orviz asi que a lo mejor si que es apellido originario de asturias.

A lo mejor tienes suerte y alguien mas sabe algo.

you are very wellcome , make yourself at home. To be perfectly honest I can not really help a lot I do not know anything at all abut genealogy. I did have a teacher in my primary school ( back in Xixon ) , she was called orviz so it might well be that it is an asturian family name.

May be some other forum member can help a little bit more
