Art: thanks for the reply...I just now tuned in...As to the question if my father ever applied for spanish passport , I do not believe so. Just found that 1911 city directory Clarksburg WV has Adelino Monte_ listed at Pride Ave North View. That could help I think.

Hi--I looked at the birth record of her sister. Aunt Josephine in 1915 and it shows Northview as her birth place. Could this be a help? Margaret

Angela was born in Spain. Her father was Adelino Montes Zapico. Mother was Adelino Fernandez Valdes Montes.
