Domingo Blanco was born in 1855 in Serin of Gijon, Oviedo, Spain to Jose Blanco and Florentina Perez. Domingo had a brother named Juan.
Yndalezia of Villalegre,Paris of Molleda was born in 1861 to Jose Garcia and Serafina Menendez.

On July 23rd 2010, we celebrated our 100 year reunion of our ancestors Domingo and Yndalezia (Garcia) Blanco arriving at Ellis Island. They were from Asturias, Spain. Thanks for the replies to my questions. I know my family is related to the David Blanco family. My family traveled from Asturius to West Virginia and settled in DePue Il. They followed the zinc industry from Spain and then to DePue with the opening of a new zinc plant there. Please share your recipe...

Yes, my grandmother also put chorizo in her buns. We as children couldn't wait for her to visit. She even taught us how to make the chorizo.
She also would make a thin pancake and serve it with sprinkled sugar on it. Lots of wonderful memories of my grandmother!!

I am making a cookbook for my family including my grandmothers recipes to pass on. I have found many on this site. I am looking for a sweet bread recipe that my grandmother made. It contained 12 eggs, milk, flour, and other ingredients. Does anyone have the recipe?

Family of Blas Alvarez

Maria was born March 25, 1882. Her birthplace was Castrillon, I think. She married Nicolas Galan. Nicholas' birthplace was St. Martin, June 5, 1885. No info on parents.
