Oh, yes, and Menendez. (Mrs. Menendez was my Kindergarten teacher.) By the way, the zinc plant in DePue closed in the 80's. DPuente, I was born and raised in DePue, Illinois (I lived there from 1979 to 1995) and some of the Spanish families that I remember living there are the Suarez, Blanco, and Cisneros. I'm certain there were more, but these are the only names I remember right now. I definitely don't remember a Puente...
