USA Sex symbol bears Asturian ancestry

Didn`t know if someone else has already posted, but Eva Longoria, the beautiful actress from "Desperate Housewives" show, bears an Asturian family name. In fact, Longoria is a tiny village in Belmonte de Miranda.
OK, let`s be honest: Noriega is Asturian, too (remember the corrupted president of Panama, before the US invaded the country in 1989?)

Was your point in mentioning Noriega that although the vast majority of Asturians are knock-out beautiful or handsome, a few Asturians aren't?

Very funny, Art, I was just trying to be balanced and fair by pointing a good and a bad example of our legacy in the Americas (being the first one a case of physical excelency and the second a case of moral wickedness). Now you force me to admit that we are not a nation of racially mixed, long-legged top models.
