This recipee is an old-time classic hailing from Salas, and very concretely from Cornellana, which also is the village where; excepting our generation, all my fmily is from. In the whole region is also very popular.
Ingredients
12 spoonfuls of crushed hazelnut
4 spoonfuls of crushed almond
4 spoonfuls of crushed nut
6 spoonfuls of sugar
2 egg whites
Mix the hazelnut with the almond, the nut and the sugar. When everything gets well mixed, we'll keep adding the egg whites until we make a slghtly dense dough.
Finally, we'll put small portions of this dough over a greased paper with paper and we'll put them into the oven until they get golden.
