I am in search for information Amparo Gonzalez. I do not have any more info than that she was born in Spain, Born April 6, 1893. Died in Berwyn IL SEP 1974. Married Francis or francisco Cueto in Sept 1916, in West Virginia. Has Children Joseph, Frank, Jesus, Anita, Esther, and celia

That's not enough informaton to give you a good lead on getting more information. El registro civil started about 1871, but you need to know a physical locality to know which one to contact. Gonzalez, as I am sure you know, is a very common surname. Some of the more rare ones have geographic origins which give a hint as to location.

Have you looked at the Ellis Island records?
