Trabayadores denuncien el "pieslle encubiertu" de Rioglass Solar en Mieres

Rioglass Solar reconsideró la so decisión de zarrar la planta de Sovilla, anque caltién una cifra de 70 despidos que, según los trabayadores, dexa la planta ensin capacidá productivo.

Representantes sindicales y direición de Rioglass Solar aconceyaron pa negociar la intención de la empresa de zarrar la so planta productiva asitiada en Sovilla, nel conceyu de Mieres. Nesti alderique la compañía reconsideró el so plantegamientu de piesllar dafechu la factoría, anque según la propuesta fecha sólo quedaríen na planta unos 20 trabayadores, colos consiguientes 70 despidos qu'ello supondría y unes piores condiciones salariales pa los que queden.
Según denuncien los trabayadores, de desendolcase esa propuesta produciríase un zarru encubiertu de la factoría, debío a que con 20 trabayadores sedría imposible caltener la capacidá productivo. Sicasí, dende la representación sindical manifiesten que siguirán presionando pa consiguir que la perda de puestos de trabayu seya lo menor posible, anque paez inevitable que decenes de trabayadores acaben faciendo xorrecer les yá enllenes llistes del paru n'Asturies.

Workers denounce the "undercover closure" of Rioglass Solar in Mieres

Rioglass Solar reconsidered its decisiton to close the plant of Sovilla, but maintains a number of 70 layoffs that, according to the workers, leaves the plant without productive capacity.

Representatives from the unions and the direction of Rioglass Solar had a meeting to negotiate the intention of the company to close their productive plant located in Sovilla, in the council of Mieres. In this discussion the company reconsidered their approach of closing the factory, but according to the offer made there were going to be only 20 workers in the plant with the corresponding 70 layoffs that it will mean and a worse salary conditions for those remaining.

As the workers said, in case of the developing of this proposal there will be an undercover closure of the factory, since with 20 workers would be impossible to maintain the productive capacity. However, from the unions they say that they will keep pressing to make the layoffs as less as possible, but it seems inevitable that tens of workers will soon make grow the already grown lists of unemployed people in Asturies.
