Art,

I was sending a message and tried to use a smile face and when I did it just said smile instead of putting the face in the text. What did I do wrong?

Was this is a private message, an email, or a post to the forum? Do you remember which smiley you tried to use?

I've never tried these,

My tests show they're working on this computer at this moment with both PMs and posts the forum. They can't be used with emails, evidently. This is not saying you're crazy or anything; things can go wrong for lots of reasons.

Please try using a smiley again and let me know if it works.
