¡Gracias, JASM!
¡A ver!

Thanks, JASM!
I wonder if it's possible to reproduce the flavor of the apple when it's cultivated in a different place. It will also be interesting to see if the American public likes the taste of Asturian cider, which is much more bitter or acidic than American cider. Perhaps we'll soon know!

I don't know if this forum is the most suitble, to place this link, I apologize for it, and sorry, if I bother someone.
It says things about the apples, and in special of the cider, some opinion of the Asturian cider since United States, and a peculiar use that it had in that country. I apologize for my English (I don’t speak English)

I've been looking for Asturian cider in New England since my first visit to Asturias in 1999, but have been unable to find it here, although I have had it in New York and Florida. Angry Orchard, mentioned in Jasm's link is available here and throughout New England. They make several different ciders. I prefer their "less sweet" version. Also, some local farms, such as Russell Orchards in Ipswich, Massachusetts, produces some good ciders, as do other small producers in the New England states.

Given the choice, I would drink Asturian cider every time. During our last visit to Asturias, 18 months ago, my wife and I drank much more cider than wine or water.
