This evening news featured Asturian Chef Jose Andres who has opened a food mission in Puerto Rico for the hurricane victims. This makes me very proud to know that he has donated his time, money, and cooking skills to help feed the hungry. What a hero!

Yes, it is a very huge scale, MSNBC reported this week that he has served over two million meals. He has surpassed the efforts of the Red Cross and the Salvation Army. Have not heard about FEMA.
