Saltón

In castellano, saltón means grasshopper. As an adjective it can mean jumping, hopping, leaping, or even prominent (as in eyes or teeth).

Thank you so much for your reply to our query, we'll let the audience know our new information tonight! while searching to find out what "salton" meant, I read a piece on the internet and it said that someone played a type of salton, i wondered if that meant it was also a type of dance with related tune? Cheers!

Saltón

I think that "saltón" may also have the meaning of a particular type of dance from Asturias. See, for example http://www.mediasur.com/xulio/grupfolcl.htm (in Spanish).

Saltón

Post by Carlos »

Saludos.
