Anti-virus/Anti-spyware Software Contra-virus/Contra-espía

The administrators are receiving spam at our asturianUS.org email address. This is probably because some of our members have not kept their anti-virus and anti-spyware software up-to-date on their computers.

There are FREE software available to keep your computer secure, including the free programs listed below. I have used all but one of these and can recommend them as effective.

Anti-Virus

You should only use one anti-virus program, but should use more than one anti-spyware program.

Debes utilizar solamente un programa del contra-virus (y no más de uno), pero debes utilizar más de un programa del anti-spyware.
