Obtaining birth certificate
How can I obtain a birth cerficate of my mother from San Martin del Rey Aurello that is corrected? Her passport from Spain does not match her birth certificate?

Where does she live? She might be able to get it all straightened out at a Spanish consultate.
However, her passport needs to be reissued reflecting the same birth date as on the birth certificate (even if the date on the birth certificate is wrong, it's the one that counts).

That's where the birth records for the county of S.Martin del Rey Aurelio are kept.
