Is outing a covert CIA agent in time of war treasonous?
Now that Libby has been indicted, Karl Rove must certainly on the hot seat for the next ticket to see the judge. But the question remains this: For an administration so keen on "American Values" and "Protecting Freedom," isn't it ironic that Bush's top advisors are being investigated for helping America's enemies? And during a time of WAR, no less? Didn't we used to shoot people for treason during wartime? I mean, is blowing the cover of a covert operative an "American Value"?

Speaking of shock and awe, I got my gas bill today, a 20 percent increase over last year...at a time when oil and drug companies are declaring huge profits for the third quarter. "Compassionate Comservative" are just words that will not keep me warm this winter.

About Tom ( The Hammer ) Delay, he had a judge removed from his case because of his donations to Democratic causes. If a judge donates to crime- stoppers can he be removed from a criminal case?
Just being of a different political party should make a difference as long as the judge is capable of maintaining objectivity. Would justice be better served if he was tried by a Republican? No.
Was the judge who was removed from the case a rabid democrat? That might make a difference. But, in Delay's eyes any Democrat might seem rabid. (It's the tinted glasses, Tom!)
