This site has wonderfull photos submitted from all over the world. Just click on "See the World" , I typed in Aviles and discovered 7 folders with very nice high quality photographs of the area. It also shows you a map of the location where the photo was taken.

Excellent site! been browsing it for a while then something caught my eye...
here is a couple of pictures of Santander from north and south, and a drawing of Santander done in the 1500's the drawing appears to have been done from the south side of the town but it depicts mountains that don't show up on the pictures at all.
What is more likely, that the artist took artistical liberties in depicting the town and surroundings, or the depiction is from yet another angle?
