I find it hard to believe that my grandmother was meaning pussy or cunt. She used the expression in an agitated way, but I think she meant silly boy or some other demeaning word. Now if I refer to someone as a pussy , I am usually kidding and inferring that the person acts like a girl, or is a weak person. I may refer to a male friend as being pussy whipped, meaning he does everything his wife or girl friend says. Usually those words are used jokingly.
