Guerra civil - children's artwork

The artwork at this site is from Spanish children from the era of the guerra civil. While most of the artwork is not from Asturias, it is a very moving depiction of the war and its impact as seen through the eyes of children who experienced it. It speaks to all of us, whether we are on the right or left of the political spectrum. My thanks to Simone and Julián of the "We Came Alone" group for the link.
