Touring the area around Aviles - Recorrer la zona de Avilés

Would like to know about Hotels, restaurants and places of interest and any places of historical significance in Asturias and Aviles. I'll be traveling through the area around June the 7th. Any help woul be appreciated.

Me gustaría saber de los hoteles, restaurantes, y sitios turísticos (especialmente los de interés histórico) en Asturias y Avilés. Voy a recorrer la zona de Asturias alrededor de el 7 de junio. Le agradecería cualquier ayuda.

Algunas recomendaciones personales son:
-El casco histórico de Avilés, que es una joya, aunque algunas zonas no estén muy bien conservadas.
-El Jardín Francés del Parque de Ferrera.
-El Museo Marítimo en Lluanco.
-El castillete de la Mina de Arnao y las excavaciones arqueológicas de Castillo de Gauzón, en Castrillón.

The only hotel in Avilés that I can speak about from personal experience is Hotel Luzana on Calle La Fruta, very centrally located. Try to get a room overlooking the street. Its associated La Serrana restaurant is quite good, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of many others. There are many other hotels and pensiones in the immediate area.
