Spelter/Ziezing Long Houses

In the 1920's my Grandparents (Jose and Josepha Garcia) lived in one of the company houses that were called "Long Houses". They had to move when the company was going to tear the long house down. Can anyone tell me the year that these houses were torn down? I am trying to find the year that my Great Grandfather died. I know that my Grandparents still lived in the Long House when he died.
