Filipina with Spanish grandparents seeks citizenship

I am Philippino my grand parents on my mother and fathers side were Spanish . I believe they fled Spain during the revolution in the 1930's to the Philippines . Can anyone help me please . I would like to get a Spanish passport or citizenship . Can I get this on the grounds that my grand parents were all Spanish . I can not speak Spanish myself . I am now living in the UK with my husband and our daughter . My husband and our daughter are both British .
