Is Bill Richardson Asturian? If so, that's interesting because he's usually described as "Hispanic" and many Asturian-Americans wouldn't call themselves Hispanic. Politically, though, it would make sense to identify with Hispanic because hardly any Americans of any ethnicity would know peep about Asturias and there are a lot more Hispanics than Asturians.

¿Es Bill Richardson asturiano? Si es así, es interesante porque normalmente Richardson se describe como "hispano" y muchos astur-americanos no se llaman a sí mismos hispanos. Políticamente, sin embargo, tendría sentido identificarse con hispanos porque los americanos de cualquier etnia saben casi nada de Asturias y hay muchos más hispanos que asturianos.
