Serveral days ago I received a email from Luiña. She sent me the marriage records for my Great Grandparents on my Grandfathers (Garcia) side of the family. It was a wonderful surprise. It contained much information that we did not have before. It gave my Great Grandfathers second last name and his wifes. We had her all wrong. She was Sabina Alonso y Alvarez instead of Sabina Rodriguez, There was a Rodriguez in her family...just not her. It also explained why my Grandfather signed his name Garcia Alonso! Anyway I just wanted to thank Luiña again. Also I was wondering if the book with the information was in San Martin de Podes or if it was moved to Oviedo?
