The site was down for ten or more hours on 10/31/03 because of an hardware (equipment) failure at the data center where our server is located.

It appears that the company that maintains the server was neglient and unresponsive when the host alerted them to the problem. We are pressuring the site host determine if it would be best to move to a new location.

Of course, we're very sorry for the downtime. We missed being online, too!
