Joseph A. Artimez, aged 81 and a former resident of Niagara Falls, New York, died Wednesday, November 12, 2003, at his home in Seguin, Texas. He was born October 21, 1922, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, the son of Marcelino Artimez and Carmen Menendez Artimez. He was married to Emily B. Lemon on June 20, 1945 in Houston, Texas. He and his wife lived for over 45 years in Niagara Falls, where he was employed as general manager for Levy Brothers Furniture Store. He is survived by his wife, and by his brother (James S. Artimez of Brazil).

FYI, Joe Artimez's mother was my grandfather's (John Sabino Menendez) sister. I am interested in hearing from any of this line.
