Pamestu (mascul.) or pamesta (fem) is an adjetive commonly used to refer to a person that is dim-witted, blockhead.
Related with pamestu is “pamestada” that is used for a silly remark or a silly thing.
Also, pamesta (in the feminine) is used for a big round loaf of bread. For extension, pamesta is also used for a person with a round and wide face.
