Recognition of Asturian Spanish Heritage

Hello Everyone,
I am currently working to have our heritage recognized on the West Virginia Department of Commerce website entitled, History & Heritage Multi-Cultural Heritage. They have listed African-American History; Italian Heritage;Native-American Heritage; and Swiss Heritage.
That website is: http://wvcommerce.org/travel/thingstodo ... fault.aspx
Further, I am writing a letter to the U.S. Census Bureau to have Asturian Spanish listed as a choice for claiming our ethnicity.
I personally believe that these are important and worthy projects, and I read somewhere that if you do not ask, the answer is always no.
