PROPERTY RECORDS

Where can i get property records for the Pravia district? I am trying to locate my great grandfather's house and I have a list of properties from part of the estate paperwork but is is just a description It does not have a property ID number. The property was in Loro. I hope to visit Loro in September and want to find his house. I have an old photo from 1976 of the house.
