seeking information on Joseph Garcia-Gomez

My name is Lisa Gomez-Jaynes, I am looking for family, possibly in Miquel de Barcena, Tineo, Asturias.
We have a baptism certificate from Miquel de Barcena in Tineo, with my grandfather's family names on it. We have found papers filled out by a priest in 1928, which we believe were to complete his citizenship in the U.S.
I do know that my grandfather was a shepherder, possibly in this part of Asturias. My grandfather came Los Angeles in the early 1900's. He had brothers that went either to South America or Cuba. We lost contact with a relative writing to us from Asturias in the early 70's. My aunt is the only one left alive and I would like to find the family for her.
I am looking for someone in Tineo who might know the family history of the Garcia-Gomez, who came to the U.S. to Los Angeles/Monterey Park, and his son, Joseph Gomez II, of Bakersfield, California.
My grandfather was tighted lipped about his family. My interest is finding family and knowing my roots! I still have searching to do, so this is my passion!
